Happy Day Lodge wants to make your stay as convenient and worry-free as possible. We offer a host of standbys in case you lose or forget something. We offer great low prices for the convenience of our customers. We are not a "tourist trap" in pricing of our products. We truly want to be your one stop camp. Here are some of the items available at the Lodge for your convenience.

Live Bait, Tackle & Supplies

  • Live Bait: Crawlers, Minnows, Leeches
  • Tackle: Rods, Lures, Fishing Line, Nets, fillet knives, etc.
  • Licenses: You can pre-order your license at Happy Day Lodge, purchase online or pick them up on your way to camp. Please remember when making your license choice that if you purchase a conservation license will receive the lowest cabin and boat rate available. Remember to contact us 5 days in advance if you would like to pre-order your license.
  • We carry Milk, Eggs, Bread, Condiments, Candy Bars, Chips, Pop, Ice Cream and much more of your basic grocery needs.
  • Souvenirs: Shirts, Sweaters, Jackets, Throw Blankets, Hats, etc.
  • Ice: Cubed
  • Fuels: Regular or Mixed Gas - If you need additional gas for your boat, we will have 20L / 5 gallon jerry cans available. We make multiple trips to town for your convenience.

    * Re-supply trips are made into Chapleau midweek. Special supply requests can be made for added convenience.

    Free Activities
    Happy Day Lodge wants everyone to enjoy themselves. We offer a variety recreational activities for your convenience. We offer the following free of charge:

  • Game room with pool table, air hockey, foosball and satellite TV
  • Basketball hoop, paddle boat, kayaks, canoes, horseshoe pit, lawn games
  • During the summer - a beach for playing in the sand or swimming.
